Miyoshi is a beef specialist shop in Kyoto Gion. If a beef kaiseki sounds interesting to you, this might be the kind of place that you are looking for.
Their signature dish of course is their raw beef tongue which was cured in kelp. The beef that they serve comes with certificates. Ito San also takes a modern touch in some of the dishes, such as the one with caviar melon and wagyu. He tries to exhibits wagyu by choosing different cuts, using different ways to cook…. It’s one of my favourite shop in Kyoto.
