It’s not easy to secure a seat at Sushi Saito, one of the highly rated sushi shop in Tokyo. Dining at Sushi Saito is like watching a performance, Saito san just draws your attention whenever he is making sushi.
But to be honest, there were some hit and miss in my first visit to Sushi Saito. My favourite pieces were the Ikura, Bonito, Octopus, Kuruma Ebi and Tamago. My least favourite was the abalone and uni.
A meal at Sushi Saito is about 25000 yen, which is actually a pretty good deal for the quality of sushi that you get. I really look forward to my second visit to the shop.
