Quintessence is a restaurant that is always topped Tokyo’s Tabelog top 3 ranking. I finaly made a visit to this renowned french restaurant.
Their desserts were extremely impressive, I enjoyed it way more than the savoury dishes. And I think that alone could be the reason why I would like to revisit the place. The Goat Cheese, Olive and Macadamia Nuts; the Octopus, Onion and Herbs were the savoury dishes that I kinda liked.
