The beginning of the meal at Gaggan is like a dejavu in Ferran Adria’s world, but with an Indian twist. I actually enjoyed the latter part more, especially the Naan bread with chicken tikka masala. I think it’s very interesting to see how Gaggan combines the flavours from both North and South Indian Cuisine into  contemporary dishes and I truly think this is a place where foodies should at least try once, but I did not have the urge to repeat for a short while.
