Tucked away in one of the wealthiest neighbourhood in Tokyo, Narisawa is an experimental restaurant with Japanese cuisines. Nevertheless, I found it too adventurous for my likings.
Narisawa select top ingredients from Japan. Their ingredients simply amazes me as it could be pared with may top kaiseki restaurants. Cooking technique is also flawless. Nevertheless there’s always too much going on on the plate that it confused me. I had to eat everything separately on the dish to really enjoy the food. Perhaps less is more.
