My 100th blog post happens to be a review on Justin Quek’s restaurant “Sky on 57” in Singapore. It has been a great experience to dine at the top floor of Marina Bay Sands at such a reasonable price.
Their signature appetizer Foie Gras Xiao Long Bao and Herbal Bah Kut Teh Broth were great fusion dishes presenting Singaporean flavours in a western style.
However the main course – the grilled angus beef steak was disappointing. I’ve ordered a medium rare steak but it arrived well done.
As for the service I found it lacking. But if you’re just paying S$60++ for a four course set lunch coupled with a nice view, there is little to complain about.
