Another Top 50 restaurant on tabelog. This is definitely one of my favorite Japanese-French restaurant in Tokyo so far. Kawate san likes to play with texture and temperatures in his dishes. His creations are just intriguing.
My favorite was the sweet potato, pigeon and persimmon ice shavings. Definitely a place that I would like to revisit.
