Florilege is one of my favourite Japanese-French restaurants in Tokyo. It’s my first visit after Florilege moved to the new location.
The theatrical open kitchen, surrounded by black walls and spacious bar table, made the dining experience a lot more different than the old restaurant. I really love the setting of the new restaurant. Their dishes are still as good as my first visit. Kawate San works with great ingredients and love to play with texture and temperature. I am always impressed with his work and talent.
