There are a few dozen tables in the restaurant, but were still fully packed on a Monday lunch. Sure, the all-you-can-eat dim sum lunch will definitely lure hungry diners, but I went a la carte instead.
The Tara puffs, one of my top picks on the dim sum list, weren’t wispy enough. Yet the foie gras went well with the oozy filling. The chef was generous with the shrimps on the pork dumpling which was topped with a small slice of canned abalone. As for the shrimp dumpling, the shrimps itself were firm and crunchy, coated with a delicate skin. It’s nice but not the best I had. Wasn’t too impressed with the dessert though.
