Nakamura is one of the best sushi shops that I have been to in Tokyo. Their sushi is smaller in size, but the fish and seafood are absolutely packed with amazing flavours. After one bite of sushi, the taste can go on and on in your mouth.
All pieces were pretty good in generally, but among all amazing pieces, my favorite pieces were ika, ikura, and the saba.
Chef Masanori Nakamura is known for his tuna pieces. He even served it as the first sushi in the omakase menu whereas other sushiyas would put it at the end of meal or at least after the white fishes.
I am also particularly amazed with its sake-by-glass selection. They have one of my favorite Juyondai sake on the list. And it’s served at a reasonable price.
My Omakase meal with a box of sake was about 20000yen. I would definitely come back again for the sushi.
