Sushi Shikon is a crazy sushiya. They fly everything from Japan, including the cooking water. Not only that, they fly their fish directly from Japan twice a day. Yes, TWICE a day.
That is probably why they are the best in town to replicate the sushi experience in Tokyo. I loved the Hanadai （花鯛）, the Chutoro and otoro, and the shrimp. Their signature abalone dish is also my favourite.
Although the bill came with a shocking price HKD$4500 (it’s considered to be expensive in Hong Kong) per head, they have the best sushi meal in town.
